Issue Desc Something happen to My Userid " norm" and Password Information,,, My password is " xidua " The FTP SITE for our Company is Marisa Industries.. FTP SITE ADDRESS is " FTP://www.marisaind.com " I had Full Permission Rights to manage my Customers Folders,, I'm in trouble right now where I need to Manage one of my Customer Folders and because I don't have complete Permission's to Manage the Folder My Customers they have to Wait for Me.. Please Help me with Restoring my USERID " norm " to Full Permissions Right's again " ASAP" so that I can resolve this Issue. Thank You, Norm Lopez with Marisa Industries 248-475-9600 Ext 380
